THE FLAGSHIP LEARNING LAB

Eight weeks.
A professional process.

The proposed Futures & Derivatives pathway develops sound reasoning through supervised market simulation. Before Week 1, students complete financial-literacy, risk, platform, and Stanley Youth orientation.

WEEK 01Market structure

Understand trends, balance, support and resistance, and the language of price. Practice describing a market before forming an opinion.

WEEK 02Auction market theory

Explore how buyers and sellers discover value. Explain acceptance, rejection, and the difference between price and value.

WEEK 03TPO & market profile

Study time-price opportunity charts, value areas, and auction context. Build a structured observation journal.

WEEK 04Volume profile & chop

Compare volume distribution with price behavior. Recognize unclear conditions and practice choosing when to stand aside.

WEEK 05Trade location & planning

Connect a weekly plan to a daily plan and a simulated execution plan. Define a hypothesis, invalidation, and risk before acting.

WEEK 06Timeframes, footprint & delta

Compare multiple timeframes and study footprint charts, delta, and order flow in instructor-selected examples.

WEEK 07VWAP, VIX & review

Explore volume-weighted average price, volatility context, and order flow. Introduce maximum adverse and favorable excursion as tools for reviewing simulated decisions.

WEEK 08Playbook, capstone & presentation

Complete a risk plan and trading playbook, present a simulated capstone, and demonstrate understanding in a final assessment.

MEET STANLEY YOUTH

A guide for your thinking.
A partner in your learning.

Stanley Youth is the planned AI learning assistant for the academy, supporting explanations, quizzes, project feedback, and reflection across all six pathways.

It will be designed around educational questions, supervised learning, and human support. Students will be taught to verify AI responses and protect private information.

How youth learning is designed
ILLUSTRATIVE LEARNING EXCHANGE

“How do I know if my simulated trade plan is ready?”

Stanley Youth

Start with your reasoning. What evidence supports your idea? What would invalidate it? How will you keep the simulated risk within your plan?

Learning support is planned. This example is not a live AI chat or a trade signal.

FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS

Curiosity, with care.

The proposed program serves students ages 14–18. Before enrollment opens, the academy plans to establish age verification, consent, safeguarding, and clear privacy practices.

01

Age & identity checks

Ages 14–17 will require parent or guardian authorization under the proposed program policy. Students age 18 will follow the adult-student process. Under-14 and 19+ applicants will not be eligible for this academy.

Specialist verification services are planned. This website does not currently verify identities or collect student IDs.

02

Clear consent

Families will be able to review program participation, technology and AI use, privacy, simulation, and communication terms before agreeing. Media permission is planned as a separate, optional choice.

Consent and guardian verification are not yet active.

03

Visible progress

A future parent portal is planned to show attendance, assignments, assessment results, and readiness scores. Instructor support and safeguarding procedures will be established before student access.

Student, parent, and instructor portals are planned for a later phase.

Learning comes first.

No real-money trading, brokerage-account opening, deposits, copy trading, or automated live execution is part of the proposed youth program. Stanley Youth is intended for education, not personalized buy-or-sell recommendations.

PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING

Measure the process.
Celebrate the growth.

The proposed Futures Readiness Score focuses on thoughtful decisions and demonstrated understanding. Simulated profit is not the primary measure of achievement.

Future impact reports will track enrollment, completion, assessment growth, risk competency, career plans, and student projects. No student outcome results are available yet.

Planned certificates & microcredentials

Students will work toward core badges, specialty certificates, and a Young Futures Scholar completion credential. These are proposed program credentials, not degrees or professional licenses. Public credential verification is planned for a later release; no credentials are being issued through this site.
